Cancellations, returns & refunds

At aamori, we want nothing more than for you to be happy with your purchase. And we have some very simple policies to ensure that.

  1. Order cancellations or modifications are always possible, before the product has been shipped. Shipments once released from our warehouse, cannot be recalled.
  2. Return policies on a product purchased from us vary for each product. We have mentioned these alongside the shipping details on the individual product page for you to review at the time of purchase. Should you still have a query, you can either chat with us online, email us at [email protected] or just call us on +91 99300 94746 before placing your order.
  3. Select items marked as ‘returns not accepted’ are confirmed purchases with a no exchange/ no return option.
  4. Products eligible for return, can be returned within 3 days of receiving the order. Let us know, email us on [email protected] & we will connect with you on how to go about it. Please include the product id & order number in your email to us.
  5. All returns are subject to approval by aamori. We do not have a return pick up service at present and would request you to ship the product back to us. 
  6. We take extra care in packing our shipments, but in the event that you do receive a damaged product, we request you to email us clear photos of the damaged product on [email protected]. Please include the product id & order number. You must email us regarding damages within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  7. Once our team has authorized your returns, you can opt for an exchange or refund.
    • you could exchange your product for another of the same of higher value & pay for the difference.
    • or you could also opt for a full refund in the form of store credits that you can use for any future purchases on aamori.
  8. Return charges of rs. 100 per order will be applicable on returned items pan India and rs. 1000, on international orders. Items that have been damaged, defective or sent by error will be fully refunded on your original credit or debit card used for payment.
