We are as excited about sending your orders, as you are about receiving them!
Before your product is shipped to you, it goes through multiple quality control checks to make sure it's at it's most perfect.
Most orders are shipped within 3 working days of order confirmations.
Incase of the custom made or pre-ordered products, shipping times vary & are mentioned on the individual product pages. Sometimes artisans take a little longer than anticipated to complete their work to their satisfaction. In these instances, we request your patience through the process. We shall keep you updated the whole time.
Once shipped, your product will typically reach you, pan India, within 5 - 7 working days. Internationally, shipping takes a little longer, approximately 15 working days. In either case, we follow up deliveries with our shipping partners & inform you in case there is a possibility of any delay.
Our trusted shipping partners are DTDC, FedEx & Aramex. We stay in touch with them to keep track of your deliveries & update you via sms or email. You can also track your deliveries by logging into your aamori account.

Change of Delivery address
It usually takes us approximately 3 working days to quality check & dispatch your orders. If you would like to change or update your delivery address, we can help you with that during this time. You can email us on orders@aamori.in with your revised instructions & order number.
Once the product has been shipped from our premises, delivery addresses can not be changed.
Deliveries
Returns
We currently do not have a return pick up service. Incase you are unhappy with your purchase & would like to return it, you are requested to ship the product back to us in it's original packing.
Kindly do not remove labels, use or alter the product if you wish to return it.

Partial Deliveries
In cases where orders are shipped & delivered partially, you will be notified about these in advance.
Besides the above, if you receive a partial or incomplete order, we request you to notify us within 24 hours to enable us to track the rest of your order.
If you have received a tampered package or damaged product, we request you to take videos or photos & send them to us within 24 hours, to allow us to investigate further with our shipping partners.
Please allow us atleast 48 hours to respond with updates & next steps.

When you place your order, when we receive your monies, when we're shipping your order, when it's in transit & even after you've received it, we will stay in touch to let you know what's up.
